Our Services

crowdtglyv provides premium tea house services including but not limited to:

• Tea tasting experiences and guided sessions
• Traditional tea ceremonies and cultural experiences
• Artisanal matcha bar services and beverages
• Educational workshops and tea appreciation classes
• Private events and group bookings
• Retail sales of premium teas and accessories
• Online booking and reservation services

All services are subject to availability and may be modified or discontinued at our discretion with reasonable notice.

User Obligations and Conduct

When using our services, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and truthful information when making bookings
• Respect our tea house environment and other guests
• Follow all health and safety guidelines and instructions
• Arrive on time for scheduled appointments and bookings
• Pay for services in accordance with our pricing and payment terms
• Respect our staff and maintain appropriate behaviour
• Comply with our cancellation and rescheduling policies

Prohibited Activities

You agree not to:

• Disrupt or interfere with our operations or other guests' experiences

Bookings and Cancellations

Reservation Policy

Bookings for tea ceremonies, workshops, and private events require advance reservation. We recommend booking at least 48 hours in advance to ensure availability.

Cancellation Policy

• 24+ hours notice: Full refund or rescheduling available
• 12-24 hours notice: 50% refund or rescheduling fee may apply
• Less than 12 hours: No refund, rescheduling subject to availability
• No-show: Full charge applies, no refund available

We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule services due to unforeseen circumstances, in which case a full refund or alternative arrangement will be offered.

Payment Terms

Payment for services may be required at the time of booking or upon service delivery, depending on the type of service. We accept various payment methods including cash, credit cards, and digital payments.

Pricing

• All prices are in Euros (EUR) and include applicable VAT
• Prices are subject to change without notice
• Special rates may apply for group bookings and private events
• Additional charges may apply for special requests or modifications

Refunds

Refunds are processed according to our cancellation policy and may take 5-10 business days to appear on your payment method.

Intellectual Property

All content, materials, and intellectual property related to crowdtglyv, including but not limited to our name, logo, website content, tea recipes, ceremony procedures, workshop materials, and proprietary methods, are owned by or licensed to crowdtglyv B.V.

Copyright Protection

The crowdtglyv website, including all text, graphics, images, audio, video, software, and other content, is protected by copyright laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works of our content without explicit written permission.

Permitted Use

These Terms of Service, together with our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and crowdtglyv B.V. regarding your use of our services and supersede all prior agreements and understandings.

No modification of these Terms shall be effective unless made in writing and signed by an authorised representative of crowdtglyv.
